UPCET 2025 – Uttar Pradesh B.Tech Admission

What is UPCET?

UPCET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test), previously conducted by NTA, is now replaced by JEE Main for B.Tech admissions in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates seeking admission in engineering colleges of UP should apply through JEE Main.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in PCM.
JEE Main 2025 rank is mandatory for B.Tech admissions.

Admission Process

        Register and appear for JEE Main 2025.
Participate in the UPTAC (formerly UPCET) counseling process.
Choice filling, seat allotment, and document verification.
